Owner training can be powerful when done correctly. It can also be overwhelming, unsafe, or ineffective when guidance is inconsistent or unqualified. Too often, handlers are given fragments of information, conflicting advice, or unrealistic expectations, placing both the dog's welfare and the handler's independence at risk.

This academy exists to change that.

Our academy follows the same training standards, documentation, and ethical framework used in our program service dog training.

Each team receives:

Professional Support & Accountability

All Owner Training Academy clients work under the guidance of qualified Nose For Success trainers.

Our trainers:

  • •Hold recognized, science-based certifications (CCPDT, IAABC, KPA-CTP or equivalent)
  • •Maintain current Canine & Feline CPR and First Aid certification
  • •Are background checked and insured
  • •Participate in mandatory continuing education

Training decisions are documented, transparent, and defensible.
