Common Questions
Our private in-home dog training programs in Henderson, Las Vegas, and Summerlin start with a $149 consultation. Puppy Foundations starts at $849, Essential Obedience at $1,199, and Behavior Modification at $1,599. All pricing is transparent -- no hidden fees.
All sessions are conducted in your home and real-world environments throughout Henderson, Las Vegas, Summerlin, and surrounding areas. We train where behavior actually happens -- not in a sterile facility your dog will never see again.
We follow the LIMA framework (Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive). We always start with the least aversive tool -- flat collars, marker training, positive reinforcement -- and only escalate when the dog needs more structure. That may include martingales, prong collars, or e-collars depending on the individual dog. Every tool is introduced with proper conditioning and timing.
No ethical dog trainer guarantees specific behavioral outcomes. We guarantee humane methods, clear structure, measurable progress benchmarks, and ongoing support throughout your program. Our trainers hold certifications through CCPDT, IAABC, or KPA-CTP.
Pet obedience training and service dog training are different disciplines with different legal standards. If you need a psychiatric service dog, medical alert dog, or mobility assistance dog, visit our Owner Training Academy -- a structured mentorship program where you train your own service dog under professional guidance.
Our Owner Training Academy is a professional mentorship program for handlers who want to train their own service dog. It includes structured curriculum, public access preparation, task training, and ongoing support. It is separate from our pet training programs and requires an application.
